Order Processing All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

• UK: Royal Mail Special Delivery (2-3 business days)
• EU: International Standard (5-7 business days)
• Worldwide: International Express (7-14 business days)

Free shipping on orders over £100 (UK only).

Delivery Times Delivery times begin after order processing and depend on your location and carrier. We're not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

Pre-Order Items CLAVIS ONE is currently available for pre-order, shipping August 2026. Pre-order items will ship together on the release date unless otherwise specified.

Damaged or Lost Shipments Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. We'll investigate lost packages with the carrier and replace or refund accordingly.
